How can I track my order status?

If it shows your tracking code is invalid, it could be because your package is still in transit, so there is no shipping information available. Once it reaches the next sort facility, new shipping information will be updated. We suggest you wait a few hours and come back to check again.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change the shipping address in your account dashboard. Please make sure to change it before the shipment, if you want to change the address after your package is shipped, you will need to contact the carrier and ask them to change the final address.
